Constructed from durable 12mm plywood and built in accordance with international pet transport standards, these crates provide a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for dogs travelling domestically or internationally.
 
Unlike off-the-shelf travel crates, every crate is custom-made using your dog's measurements, ensuring the correct dimensions for airline travel and maximum comfort during transit. Each crate is carefully constructed in our workshop using quality materials and robust fittings to provide strength, stability, and excellent ventilation throughout the journey.

Forklift Skids
 
For larger dogs where the combined weight of the dog and crate exceeds 60kg, forklift skids are recommended and may be required by certain airlines and cargo handlers. These provide safe handling during loading, unloading, and transport.
 
Production Time
 
As each crate is individually built to order, please allow up to 14 days for production. In many cases we are able to complete orders sooner, but lead times may vary depending on workload and crate size.
 
Sizing
 
Every crate is manufactured according to your dog's measurements and airline requirements. Once your order is received, our team will confirm the required dimensions before construction begins.
